Two ISO certificates for DocuMatrix
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) sets international standards that are implemented worldwide to ensure compatibility and best practices. Companies can become ISO certified to demonstrate their compliance with certain standards.
Recertified in ISO 9001 for quality management
In July 2024, DocuMatrix was recertified according to ISO 9001 standards. Since implementing the ISO 9001 management system three years ago, our company processes have become measurable, enabling continuous improvements. We are particularly pleased that the ongoing improvement of the integrated management system was highlighted as a strength by Quality Austria Quality Austria. During the discussions held during the external audit, the high competencies of our key employees in their respective areas were emphasized.
Surveillance audit ISO 14001
After obtaining ISO 14001 certification in 2023, the first surveillance audit has now taken place. This environmental management certificate helps companies achieve their environmental goals. In line with DocuMatrix’s values, this involves active environmental protection, sustainability, and resource conservation, which we are happy to complement with regionality and green IT.
Passion for quality
We are delighted with the successful recertification and the successful surveillance audit. Auditor Roman Degenhart, MSc from Quality Austria, once again demonstrated his expertise and competence, showing us ways and opportunities to further improve and enhance quality within the company. This ensures us a fruitful and high-quality path into the future as an ISO-certified company.
