For the Austrian GmbH at the location in 3441 Einsiedl, we are looking for a competent and outstanding Customer Success Manager on a full-time basis to support and further develop our customer projects:

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for customer relationship management
  • Proactive customer care
  • Monitoring of customer status, including identification of risks
  • Responsibility for new customers during the onboarding process
  • Preparation of market and competitor analyses

 

Requirements

  • Business management training, project management skills an advantage
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
  • High level of self-motivation and independence
  • Knowledge of operating systems
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience in sales and/or consulting
  • Independence and initiative
  • Team player
