Systematic information security Expansion of the integrated management system
Initiated by the ISO 9001 certification in 2021, DocuMatrix continued to develop an information security management system in accordance with internationally recognized standards for information security. This was followed in 2023 by the ISO 14001 certificate for environmental management systems. In June 2024, the integrated management system was successfully recertified in accordance with ISO 9001, and at the same time a surveillance audit of the environmental management system was carried out in accordance with ISO 14001. This was followed by certification to ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Floods in the Tullnerfeld – events and their lessons learned
The flood events in the autumn of 2024 showed how unforeseen circumstances can critically affect a company’s ability to operate. For us, this was a reminder of why we stand behind prevention and systematic preparation in everything we do. In this way, we strengthen resilience and guarantee our customers ongoing business operations even in difficult times. The system we have established and its processes and workflows have helped us to successfully manage another crisis after COVID-19.
Focus on confidentiality, availability and integrity
By introducing and certifying the ISMS, we are ensuring that the three central pillars of information security – confidentiality, availability and integrity – are consistently met. This is not only an important step towards a secure future, but also sends a strong signal to our customers, partners, employees and suppliers. It underlines our commitment to ensuring the security of sensitive information and creating a high level of trust in our processes and systems.

The successful ISO 27001 certification is another milestone in the development of our company. Together with the existing certificates for quality and environmental management, it forms a solid foundation that strengthens our position as a reliable and future-oriented partner.
