Tasks & responsibilities

• Trends in focus: You research and implement social media trends that fit perfectly with our mission in employer branding and partner marketing.
• Content for the DACH region: Creative creation and editing of content for our brands, adapted to all platforms used.
• Videos & Reels: You edit and create videos and reels that fit the application area, target group and department (e.g. explanatory videos, shorts).
• Design that inspires: You create images and graphics that not only fit the brand, but also convince our target group.
• Storytelling & inventiveness: With fresh ideas and varied storytelling, you make our content unique.
• Goal-oriented content generation: You coordinate with the marketing team and incorporate our annual goals into the content.
• Teamwork at eye level: You work closely with our marketing team and other departments such as HR and product development to achieve holistic results.

Requirements

• Education: Completed or ongoing training in social media marketing, graphic design, video editing or a similar field.
• Experience: Initial experience in social media marketing, content creation or in a comparable position.
• Technical know-how: Confident handling of Adobe Creative Cloud (including AI, IDD, PS, PP, AE) and an existing workflow with video editing programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
• Passion for social media: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn are not just platforms for you, but creative playgrounds.
• Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Creativity & independence: You are innovative, work independently and always find creative solutions.
• Ability to work in a team: You are a team player and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility: You are willing to travel for occasional trade fair visits.

• For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that you will of course be paid at least according to the KV (2276 € gross/month on a full-time basis). However, we are guided by current market salaries and point out that you may be overpaid, depending on your personal qualifications and experience. We will be happy to discuss a suitable salary in person!
