Senior Sales Manager (m|f|d)

To expand our sales team, we are looking for an experienced person in B2B sales – with sound industry experience, a strong customer focus and the ambition to build and expand sustainable customer relationships.

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire sales process – from lead generation to contract conclusion
  • Identification and targeted approach of new customers in the DACH region
  • Support of strategically important existing customers and expansion of existing relationships
  • Independent processing and winning of tenders (public and private)
  • Targeted expansion of business contacts and partnerships in strategically important industries
  • Close cooperation with PreSales, Consulting, Project Management and Management
  • Active participation in shaping the sales strategy and positioning in the market

 

Requirments

  • Several years of experience in selling software solutions – ideally in the field of output management or customer communication management
  • Good understanding of workflows and requirements in the output management or customer communication environment
  • Proven success in winning tenders and complex customer projects
  • Existing network in the DACH region, ideally in industry or the public sector
  • Strategic thinking, strong closing skills and confident manner at decision-maker level
  • Technical understanding and understanding of process and project logic
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

The minimum salary for this position is based on the collective agreement according to the IT-KV (ST1, depending on experience from € 4,350 gross/month for 38.5 hours/week). An overpayment in line with the market is a matter of course for us and is based on qualifications and experience.
