The creation and exchange of documents requires a great deal of resources.
In principle, almost every company has some kind of core system, such as ERP systems or others, which are used to create documents. DocuMatrix software solutions transform static documents into dynamic documents. These can be quickly adapted without IT knowledge – completely independently of the IT department. This allows each department to work flexibly and independently.
Predefined templates and text modules can be used to create and manage individual documents that always comply with the corporate identity and corporate wording. The templates are managed centrally as part of the single point of change principle; one draft is applied to several documents.

The generated documents are automatically retrieved from the required systems in real time and made available on various output channels. These can be formats such as the intranet, WhatsApp, a chat bot, SMS or external online platforms. The company itself decides what the output should be.

The coordination of documents and templates can also be taken over by existing systems. In this case, DocuMatrix only takes over the document creation. The result is an effortless, individualized process – entirely in line with the company’s requirements.

DocuMatrix software solutions also enable bidirectional communication. This means that there is a direct exchange between sender and recipient. It is therefore possible to interact within a document.
